7-Day Return Policy
At Nays Beauty, we want you to love your glow. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Hygiene & Safety Notice
Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products (Lipsticks, Foundations, Kajal, etc.), items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all seals intact to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns for products that have been swatched or used for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong shade/item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process these claims, we require:
- A clear photo/video of the damaged product.
- A photo of the shipping label and invoice.
- An "Unboxing Video" is highly recommended for faster dispute resolution.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our support team at Antiseptic35@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for return. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the package back to our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or store credit, if preferred). You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
